Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Stoneham, MA
Our dental practice is looking for an outgoing, positive, and energetic dental receptionist to join our team. Our office is a general family practice that is busy, but friendly and caring.
Hours:
Mon, Tu, Th: 7:30-5
We: 11-7 (preferred but can be discussed at an interview)
Fr: 7:30-3
Sat: 1/month: 9-2
Receptionist responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors
Interact with patients in a positive professional manner by telephone, email and in person
Schedule and confirm appointments
Check and verify dental insurance and submit claims
Review treatment plans and financial responsibilities with patients
Communicate and collect patient payments
Excellent customer service skills
Work independently as well as part of the team
Creative and organized
Filing
Basic computer skills
Dentrix Software experience strongly preferred
Ability to multi-task
