We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Pediatric Dentist to make Cascadia Kids Dentistry their dental home. The ideal candidate for this position is confident, collaborative, and entrepreneurial and exhibits leadership skills that can take our practices to the next level.

Our practices are in Issaquah, Maple Valley, and Kent, WA. All practices are within 25 minutes of each other, allowing for an easy commute to work and between offices.

What We Offer:

Full-time - 4 days/week - 8am-4pm

We offer in-office General Anesthesia with a dedicated Anesthesiologist
Group practice with amazing Board-certified Pediatric Dentists
Compensation Package: $1200 daily rate or 32% of adjusted production, whichever is greater
Productive practice projecting annual income ranging from $350,000-450,000

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following:

Provide diagnosis and present a comprehensive professional dental treatment plan to your patients to help them achieve optimal oral health, using accepted clinical and radiological techniques.
May arrange for referral to dental specialists when appropriate.
Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
Qualifications:

You will be required to possess the following:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Valid Washington state dental license or eligibility to obtain
Dedicated to growth, confident, and collaborative with a leadership mentality
1+ years of previous experience working as a Pediatric Dentist preferred
Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Pediatric Dentistry Program
Nitrous Oxide certification
Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
