Front Desk Dental Receptionist - Dowd Family Dentistry - Fayetteville, NC

This position requires an experienced, compassionate, detail-oriented team member with a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, time management and organizational skills. Experience in the dental field is required. Experience with Eaglesoft software is preferred. Duties include, but not limited to:

answer phone
answer patient questions
verify dental insurance benefits
schedule patient appointments
check-in and check-out patients
process payments for patients
perform other front desk functions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 34 per week
