All of our offices are a modern, fun design and offer advanced dentistry. Jolly & Morton is getting ready to expand to an additional 5 operatories which means we need to expand our team!
We care for patients Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm. Just bring your A-game in organization and attention to detail. We want someone who can look ahead, handle patient care like a champ, and keep things running smooth.

Responsibilities:
- Captain of the patient experience.- Craft a seamless experience by expertly preparing patients for their treatments or exams.- Prepare for each patients arrival including set up of instruments, equipment, and materials.- Keep our instruments squeaky clean and sterilized while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.- Form a dynamic duo with our dentist through skillful 4-handed dentistry.- Extend your care by providing clear and comprehensive oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions, ensuring our patients are well-informed and at ease.- Champion accuracy by maintaining up-to-date and precise patient records.- Ensure our patients stay on track with care by scheduling future appointments as needed.- Order and maintain dental supplies ensuring we are always stocked and ready for our patients.
Skills:
- Proven track record as a skilled and compassionate dental assistant, showcasing a wealth of experience in delivering top-notch care.- A keen grasp of health and safety regulations - OSHA / HIPAA- Tech-Savvy with a knack for learning and integrating new software.- A well-organized and reliable team player, ensuring seamless operations and impeccable patient care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred- Knowledge of dental documentation and coding practices- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
