Dental practice in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for a Full-time and Part-time hygienist. Are you looking for a positive, fun, well established dental office to work? We are offering a wonderful opportunity for a special dental hygienist to join our busy family practice. We are a friendly, trustworthy, and caring dental office looking to add a dental hygienist who is a match to these qualities and can establish a rapport with our patients. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8-5pm . We are looking for a full or part-time hygienist to work 3 days per week.
Your day to day duties, as a dental hygienist, would include but not be limited to:

Delivering the highest level of patient care
Ability to provide direct care including scaling, application of sealants and fluoride under the general supervision of a licensed dentist
Be on the lookout for same day dentistry opportunities
Provide general and detailed hygiene education to patients
Periodontal charting
Taking x-rays.

Preferences/Requirements:

A current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing is required.
SoftDent knowledge is preferred.
Treatment planning ability is preferred.
Experience is preferred but not required.

Salary is dependent on your level of experience and qualifications.
