What We're Looking For: Preferred: cross-trained in both front and back-office procedures to support seamless practice operations. Proficient in iTero scanning for accurate and efficient diagnostics. Passionate about educating patients on hygiene, operative procedures, and pre and post-operative care. Benefits: Competitive pay ($22-27/hr) Guaranteed hours Production bonuses Medical + Dental Benefits Holiday Pay Your Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures. Take radiographs and intraoral scans using iTero technology. Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, operative procedures, and pre- and post-treatment care. Prepare, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments while maintaining compliance with CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA standards. Assist with treatment planning and patient presentations to ensure understanding and comfort with their care. Monitor lab cases and ensure timely processing. Manage dental supply inventory and ordering to keep the practice running efficiently. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience (preferred). Valid X-ray certification. CPR and first aid certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
