Dental Receptionist / Front Desk needed in our dental office

Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain electronic dental records using Eaglesoft dental platform.
- Handle insurance verification and collect from patients at time of service.
- Perform administrative tasks such as calling on claims, faxing, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized

Requirements
- Experience with dental office procedures required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with computerized systems for appointment scheduling and record keeping
