Reporting to the Management Team, in this role you will be responsible for completing daily front-office tasks and collaborating closely with the office manager.
Your duties will include:
-scheduling appointments,
-verifying insurance benefits,
- confirming appointments,
-and checking out patients.
It's important to note that our Billing team operates separately from the front office and functions independently.
To be successful in this position, you should possess strong verbal communication skills, be familiar with Dental practice management software like Dentrix or Eaglesoft, have a solid understanding of dental procedures, and have experience in dental collection and billing processes.
