Citrus Smiles Dental Studio is excited to welcome a new Team Member to our state-of-the-art dental office that is focused on providing very high-quality customer service. We believe our Front Desk Coordinator is a particularly important team position as you are the face of our value system â being the first person to meet all our valuable patients â over the phone and in person.
Job Responsibilities
Greet every patient into the office in a warm welcoming way
Assist patients in filling up forms (on an iPad)
Be on top of answering phone calls and reserving/confirming appointments
Consistently striving to create a lasting impression and grow patient relations
Present treatment plans
Communicate with patients regarding financial arrangements
Be on top of maintaining a consistently busy appointment schedule
Handle insurance verifications for in and out-of-network patients
Other miscellaneous administrative duties
Minimum requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills and a Positive Attitude
Professionally oriented, multi-tasker, and a team player
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of dental front office experience (required)
Insurance verification experience (required)
Dental practice software experience (Open Dental preferred, but not required)
Bilingual (preferred but not required)
Pay: Based on experience - to be discussed during the interview
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
