Dental Hygienist - Pilchuck Dental - Arlington, WA

We are looking to add a member to our hygiene team at Pilchuck Dental!
We are a busy but family oriented office focused on patient relationships. What we are looking for: someone dependable, independent, highly personable, committed to continuing education and constant improvement, building patient relationships, and willing to work well as a team. We believe in allowing our hygienist to be independent practitioners within the practice, helping to develop relationships with patients and focusing on patient perio health.
We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist for Monday through Wednesday, 3 days a week, 7:30-5:15pm. We have a recently remodeled facility with newer equipment, ADEC chairs, iTero/Trios scanning, and CBCT. We use Open Dental with Dexis software and use Dentsply Freedom cordless handpieces, Cavitron units, ReLeaf systems, soft tissue diode lasers, and utilize Perio Protect trays for patients when indicated. We are always open to adding tools to help take the best care for our patients. Dedicated hygiene assistant to assist and help with perio charting, sterilization, room turnover, and x-rays when needed.
Upon hire, we will also send you to a fully paid soft-tissue diode laser certification course to educate you on the benefits of laser-assisted perio therapy. New graduate hygienists are welcome to apply.
