Five Star Dental Office Seeking Exceptional Dental Assistant!
Nestled in the tall pines with golf course views, our brand new, state of the art office is seeking a new member to add to our team of exceptional professionals. Our small team has worked together for many years and is ready to welcome in a team member with a dental background looking to expand their skills while learning about pediatric dentistry. If you do not have a CA RDA License, we will provide training for coronal polishing, x-ray certification, and more. Training will be a combination of one on one, in person, webinars, hands on, and written material.
Responsibilities

Assist our skilled pediatric dentists in providing exceptional dental care.
Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere to ensure children and parents feel at ease.
Prepare treatment and hygiene rooms, sterilize instruments, organize materials for procedures.
Provide chairside assistance during restorative procedures.
Take digital x-rays with precision and care.
Educate children and parents about dental hygiene and post-procedure care.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate collaboration, and ensure patients have a seamless and enjoyable patient experience.
