A typical day at work looks like this:
Overseeing the schedule to ensure effective business operations and quality patient care. Engaging with patients daily, providing treatment education, and presenting cases. Demonstrating knowledge of insurance to explain benefits, manage claims, submit attachments, handle appeals, and follow up on unpaid claims, along with processing payments from patients and insurance. Responding to phone calls, emails, and texts, as well as organizing appointments.
