Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Phoenix, AZ
We are a doctor owned, private practice looking for a front office receptionist to join our crew.
Doctor purchased office almost 3 years ago and is in the middle of a rebrand. Same great crew and dentistry just a new fresh look.
Pay is based off experience and an updated resume is required to apply.
Who We Are
General dentist office that offers services such as Invisalign, botox, implants, filler, veneers, dentures, etc.
No late nights or weekends required.
We are located in central Phoenix, near Central Ave and Osborn.
PPO and fee for service only, no HMO or long term payment plans.
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly and professional personality for greeting patients and answering phones. Managing vendors, etc.
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance verification
- Office communication with emails, voicemail, patient communication
- Billing insurance claims
- Treatment plan presentation
- Auditing AR
- Training of staff (if experience permits)
- Must know basic computer skills, sending fax/emails/ etc.
- Absolute bonus if candidate is a rover and can help in back office if needed but not required.
