Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our clientâs team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-focused care and will thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
Perform advanced procedures such as molar root canals, surgical extractions, and dental implants.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients.
Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
What Weâre Looking For:
Active DDS or DMD license (Wisconsin).
Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience (new graduates with strong skills will also be considered).
Proficiency in molar RCTs, surgical extractions, and restorative dentistry.
Experience with cosmetic dentistry and implant procedures is a plus.
Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and communication skills.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
