Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
We are a private dental office located in the city of Tustin, Orange county, California. We initially opened our office in year of 2002 in the city of Orange, but then we moved our office to our new office in Tustin, California (in Orange county). Our office is not a big group practice and we do not take HMO. We are currently seeing an average of 8 patients a day as a private dental practice, with many of our patients staying with us over 10 to 15 years or more.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for one permanent dental assistant position in our dental office. We prefer at least one year of dental assistant experience with good skills in taking X Rays. We are a private dental practice and we see a patient every one hour. Our dental office is very stable. We often do not overbook patients as we strive more on quality dental treatment than quantities of patients. Normally, our staff stays very long with us, and we most often have no staff turn over. We look more for a reliable dental assistant. We can train our new dental assistant. Basically, we emphasize more on the quality and long term reliability of our dental assistant over other criteria. Our office opens Monday through Thursday with limited Saturday openings. We close most Fridays.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a dental assistant with the following skills:
1) Good communication skills to assist doctor and to make our patients feel at ease.
2) We are looking for assistant who can speak good Spanish (besides the main English language).
3) We are looking for a dental assistant who can take good dental Xrays, be on time, flexible and being flexible and reliable.
4) good sterilization techniques.
5) willing to help out the office manager (front) whenever she may need help and be a team player.
