Our dental team is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our practice! Whether you are looking to start your Dental Hygiene career as a new graduate or seeking a change, we invite you to consider our practice located in North Mankato, MN. You get to pick your schedule too!
We offer comprehensive dental care to our patients and do most dental procedures in house including placing implants start to finish, being a Premier Provider for Invisalign, providing oral conscious sedation for fearful patients, and having one of the most skilled team of dental professionals in Southern Minnesota.
We offer continuing education training on a regular basis to advance your knowledge of dental care and latest trends which provides for a mentally stimulating career. We allow one hour for most hygiene appointments. Our hygienists get to pick their favorite instruments and we have a healthy budget for keeping up with innovations to the latest treatment equipment such as Cavitrons, Itero, ultrasonic scalers, and a Diode Laser!
**Our practice has received State of MN grant dollars that can help with tuition costs and fees where applicable! You could receive up to $6,000 per year!
**Must be a licensed Dental Hygienist in Minnesota, or preparing to take licensing exams in the near future.
Preferred experience:
· Licensed to administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide
· Ability to co-treatment plan with the doctor and provide comprehensive Dental Hygiene care
. Health-minded individual with strong conviction that a healthy mouth is imperative for overall health
. Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to: capturing diagnostic x-rays, screening for periodontal disease and providing options on preventative solutions for caries management
. Have a deep interest in continuing education and up-to-date on current trends in Dental Hygiene

· Cone Beam Pan (AMAZING!!) + Schick Digital Sensors
· Ultrasonic scalers, sharp and fresh instruments...we don't cut corners!

Compensation/benefits:
