Dental Patient Coordinator - Westinghouse Dental - Georgetown, TX

We’re looking for Funergetic, Self-Driven, adaptable person who has mindset of making Lemonade out of Lemons.
Essential functions:
- Responsible for patients scheduling and confirming patients’ appointments.
- Answers telephones:
- Professional yet casual, able to joyfully and mindfully communicate with patients, active listener, clear verbal communicator, energized and effective communicator
- Checks patients in and out
- Presents finances to patients and secures financial agreements
- Returns patient phone calls regarding treatment, Follow up with patients on treatment plans
- Verifies insurance benefits
- Collect payments from patients in the practice
Minimum 1 year experience in dental scheduling required.
Four days/week: Tue-Fri 8-5 position.
