We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office setting and possess strong communication skills.
**Duties:**
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with billing and coding procedures
- Manage patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, or Epic
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk operations
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy protection
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
