Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and check-in patients, update all necessary patient information and verify insurance.
Have knowledge with insurance verifications and claims.
Answer phones, maintain schedules, answer inquiries about procedures, cost, and insurance.
Check out patients, collect out-of-pocket cost, and schedule next visits.
Confirm appointments, communicate with patients via phone, email and text message utilizing Patient Management software.
Present treatment plans to patients, effectively communicate financing options and insurance benefits coverage.
Respond to records requests appropriately and in a timely manner.
Contact patients to schedule outstanding or overdue treatment.
Must have the ability to multi-task and handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
Must have a positive, can-do attitude!
