Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice. We currently have two general dentists and 2 hygienists. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm. We run an expanded hygiene schedule with an assistant dedicated to our hygiene team.
Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments for patients.
Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and documenting findings.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records in Eagle Soft and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care in a friendly environment.
Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and general dentistry principles.
Familiarity with documentation review processes and systems used in dental practices.
Ability to work effectively with others.
Proficient in using Eagle Soft or similar dental software systems.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
