Dental Hygienist - Jenkins Periodontics - Minneapolis, MN

Well established periodontal office has a rare opportunity for a dental hygienist to join a great team due to current hygienist retiring. We are a 1 doctor office with a dedicated patient base looking for a dental hygienist that has a passion for patient care and education as well as being the best in the field. We have 75-80 min. perio maintenance appointments, no SRP. We are a quality not quantity office. The hygienist usually see's between 5-6 patients per day depending on the day and the patients needs, We are looking for a right fit person for a long term position. Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices for periodontal concerns and at home care.
Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records.
Experience with aseptic techniques and patient assessment.
Familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
