Dental Hygienist - The Periodontal Center - Duluth, MN

The Periodontal Center is a privately owned practice with offices in Hudson and Woodbury. We are seeking a licensed and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Woodbury. We have both full-time and part-time hours available (Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends).
Our dental hygienists work alongside our periodontists and other team members to provide exceptional care. Our state-of-the-art technology allows our dental hygienists to provide the most current and effective care for our patients.
Responsibilities include:

Perform thorough periodontal assessments and screenings
Conduct scaling and root planing procedures to treat gum disease
Administer local anesthesia and provide pain management as needed
Educate patients on the importance of periodontal health and proper oral hygiene techniques
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop customized periodontal treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

Qualifications:

Valid MN Dental Hygienist license
Graduation from an accredited dental hygienist program
Proficiency in periodontal assessment techniques and treatment protocols
Excellent communication skills and patient education skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The Periodontal Center offers a competitive salary (commensurate with experience) and benefits package. Pay increases are based on merit and industry benchmarks. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30-4:30, and Fridays, 7:30-4:00, and you can create your own schedule. Full-time schedules are 30+ hours per week.
