Park DuValle Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive healthcare services to the underserved communities in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
Perform routine dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution
Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Kentucky
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
