We are a small, family-owned practice in Fort Worth with a team of dental professionals who enjoy providing quality dentistry. We have fun at work while maintaining a less stressful environment for patients and one another. Our practice has many longstanding patients and families who are active and live in the Fort Worth community. We offer dentistry to adults and children. Our philosophy is to treat patients as our own family and help them to improve their overall quality of life.

$20 - $26 hourly Responsibilities:

Greeting, checking patients in and out
Verifying insurance benefits
Collecting estimated portions and other accounts receivable tasks
Maintaining the appearance of the front desk and reception room
Answering phone, checking voicemail, and email
Scheduling patients
Reviewing treatment plans and finances with patients
Experience and understanding of Dentrix software
Fluent in dental terminology and procedures
Mailing and filing of electronic claims
Other miscellaneous front office tasks that arise throughout the day
Qualifications:

Experience with dental insurance and front office duties
Experience with Dentrix
