We are a private, dentist-owned practice with three locations and are seeking an associate dentist to join our team. We prioritize patient care, experience, and education. We are looking for a compassionate and talented dentist who shares these values.

Our practice provides a full range of services, including restorative, extractions, root canals, crowns/bridges, dentures, implants, clear correct, Botox, and more.

Duties

Performing dental procedures, including exams, fillings, crowns, and other relevant treatments.
Managing your production schedule and conducting hygiene schedule exams.
Assessing patients and creating treatment plans, with a focus on explaining diagnoses to patients using x-rays and photos to illustrate findings and treatment necessity.
Collaborating with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to deliver comprehensive dental care.
Educating patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, diagnoses, and treatment options, recognizing that patient education leads to improved oral health and treatment adherence.
Maintaining accurate and current patient records and notation using Eaglesoft and Dexis.
Adhering to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean clinical environment.
Preparing for and attending daily morning huddles.
Staying informed on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education courses.

Skills

Excellent bedside manner and patient education abilities
Proficiency in Eaglesoft (can be trained)
Strong patient assessment and diagnostic skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to perform dental procedures safely and efficiently
