Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 annually

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead and ensure seamless operations across all departments.
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of both clinical and administrative teams.
Ensure smooth workflow and efficient management of patient schedules, billing, and insurance claims.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain a high standard of performance and patient care.
Manage staff schedules, ensuring coverage for all shifts and that all clinical needs are met.
Enforce office policies and maintain compliance with dental regulations and guidelines.
Handle conflict resolution and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Monitor office performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience in dental office management or a similar healthcare management role.
Strong leadership skills; must be reliable, stern, and capable of guiding teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of dental billing, coding, and insurance processes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage diverse personalities effectively.
Proficiency in dental office software and technology.
