Lead Dental Assistant - Cedar Glen Dental - Renton, WA

Single-dentist practice in Downtown Renton area seeking an experienced, fully capable dental assistant to join our small team. Typically around 30 hours per week. We alternate being open M-W, then T-Th every other week. We see patients from 7am to 4pm. We're currently trying to implement some new principles/procedures from the Spear continuum, so come ready to learn! You need to be comfortable being the only assistant and running two chairs. (I have a part-time assistant two days/week right now, but you'll be the lead.)
Duties include: Chairside assisting in operative and surgical procedures, intraoral scanning, child prophy, adult polishing, cleaning and setting up treatment areas, cleaning and sterilization of instruments, ordering supplies, but above all having a positive attitude and friendly interactions with patients!
Must have RDA license and 4+ years assisting experience in general dentistry.
Must be motivated, punctual, responsible, and have good communication skills.
