We are a non-corperate, single doctor speciality practice looking for a Unicorn!

The Patient Concierge is a critical position. You're the first friendly face every person who visits our office sees, our referring colleagues hear and the person who makes the lasting impression as they leave. Overall, you are responsible for ensuring every patient is well taken care of by providing world-class service to current and future  patients, ensuring each has the kind of experience that makes them feel welcomed and comfortable, addressing questions and concerns efficiently and effectively. **THIS IS NOT A MANAGEMENT POSITION AND DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS KEY ROLE**

Key Responsibilities include:

Pre-screen patient appointment  to ensure each visit goes smoothly
Obtain all required information for referring offices
Schedule patient appointment in person, over the phone or online
Monitor schedule
Insurance verification
Marketing
Correspondence for our referring offices
As the office continues to evolve, so will the duties for all team members. Opportunities for additional training, certifications and licenses are part of the positive culture in our growing practice. We welcome and encourage cross training of all departments and support the desire to achieve this.

A minimum of 1 year dental experience -preferably front office - is necessary for this key team member.  Great 4 day work week  and hours! Monday-Thursday 7am to 3pm with a 6:30am arrival time for morning huddle attendance, PTO, Sick Days, Paid Holidays, did I mention a 4 Day Work Week and Supplemental Insurance
