Dental Treatment Coordinator - Creative Dental Partners - Huntington Beach, CA

We are a busy and growing dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Treatment coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:

Maintaining an organized working environment.
Explaining to the patients the treatment options including the price associated with those options.
Collaborate with critical care and acute care teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Assist with financial management tasks, such as budgeting, billing, and expense tracking.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
Scheduling patient appointments and verifying new patient information, including checking in patients, collecting payments from patients, and updating patients' information on our records.
Communicating with patients regarding their appointments or any changes to their appointments.

Requirements:

2 years of experience with PPO, HMO and Dentical.
2 years of experience in Treatment Planning.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
