Your duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Ensure every patient has a 5 start experience in our office
· Answer Incoming calls, handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, collect correct patient information and enter in the system.
· Keep the front office clean
· Assist patients with new patient forms and enter them into system.
· Collect and verify insurance information and update as needed.
· Accurately post all charges and collect patient copays.
· Monitor and fill Schedules.
