Are you experienced in working in a dental office and ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Periodontal Surgical Treatment Coordinator to join our fast-paced practice. In this role, youâll manage patient treatment plans, coordinate surgical appointments, and ensure an exceptional experience for all our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients in understanding and scheduling periodontal surgery treatments
Communicate treatment options, financial plans, and insurance details
Work closely with the clinical team to manage patient flow and ensure smooth scheduling
Maintain a compassionate and patient-first approach in all interactions
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a dental office is a must
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage patient needs with empathy and professionalism
Flexibility to occasionally stay late if required to accommodate patient needs
Office Hours:Monday â Thursday, 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM (occasional late evenings may be required)
