A professional private Dental practice looking for an Office Manager/Schedule Coordinator/Treatment Planner in Worcester, MA.
Candidate must be articulate, people oriented, computer friendly and able to attend to details. Must be knowledgeable in use of computer (Dentrix preferable).
As our Office Manager, you would be responsible for all front office operations. Your duties would include but not be limited to the following:

Greet patients, answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments.
Maintain optimal productive schedule for the doctor and hygienist
Oversee the Continuing Care and collections systems
Helping to build office production
Managing office collections
Marketing of our practice
Other duties as assigned
