Job Overview:We are seeking a friendly, patient-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Thursday work schedule, and we are excited to offer a 3-10 schedule for the summer, providing alternating weeks with slightly longer hours. This allows our employees to enjoy their summers with 4 and 5-day weekends! You will play a key role in helping our patients maintain optimal oral health while contributing to the overall success of the practice.
Schedule:

Regular Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Summer Schedule (Starting Last Week in May 2025):
Week 1: Monday to Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Week 2: Tuesday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental cleanings and assist patients in maintaining their oral health
Utilize laser technology to improve patient outcomes
Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
Screen for oral cancer and other conditions
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain accurate patient records
Provide exceptional care in a timely manner
Assist in the preparation of the treatment room and sterilization of instruments

Qualifications:

Current state dental hygienist license
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Experience with dental software (preferred but not required)
CPR certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $62.00 - $72.00 per hour
