Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator - Zeidan Oral & Facial Surgery - Riverside, CA

We are a patient-oriented surgical practice seeking to expand our team with a like-minded individual. This full-time position includes all aspects of patient care; managing patient accounts, business activities, and progressive patient treatment in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Candidates with medical or dental front desk experience are required.

Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
Greeting patients and patient follow up
Presenting treatment plans and fees to patients
Collecting payments and dental/medical insurance billing and verification
Provides insurance follow up for patients
Provides patients with instructions for pre-op care before for oral surgery procedures to maintain or enhance the patient’s oral health.
Discussing post-op/discharge instructions and discharging patients after recovery from anesthesia
Inventory/ordering supplies
Reviews and meets ongoing competency requirements of the role to maintain the skills, knowledge and abilities to perform role specific functions within the scope of the practice.
Aids office with marketing, social media, maintaining and expanding referral base.
Obtains dental radiographs (x-rays) including CBCT scans and impressions to assist the dentist/physician in the diagnosis or treatment of the patient’s oral condition.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
