Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
Review patient documentation and medical history to ensure comprehensive care.
Utilize dental systems, specifically Eaglesoft for patient scheduling, record keeping, and treatment planning.
Provide education to patients about proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the administration of medical imaging procedures as necessary.
Collaborate with the dentist and other dental professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dental clinic environment, by following strict infection control protocols
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices to enhance patient care.

Requirements

Valid Missouri Dental Hygienist license
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with knowledge of medical terminology and documentation review.
Familiarity with dental assisting tasks is a plus.
Proficient in using dental software systems, particularly Eaglesoft or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients and their families.
A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a positive clinic atmosphere.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
