OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist (in a part time or full time capacity) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while promoting oral health and hygiene. As a Dental Hygienist, you will work closely with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient treatment and comfort. We encourage recent graduates of a hygiene program to apply!
Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining good dental health.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Assist in the diagnosis of oral diseases by examining patients’ gums, teeth, and overall oral health.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.

Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control procedures.
Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred; familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus.
