We are looking for a reliable, experienced, hard-working individual to add to our front desk team!! We are a fun-loving office with a boutique dental practice with a very relaxed atmosphere. In this position, you'll utilize your team-building and communication skills to their fullest:

The right candidate will be organized and have the skills necessary to multitask effectively and efficiently.
This role helps shape the dynamics of the supported office.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

Smiling and greeting patients when they come into the office.
Answering the phones with a smile and a happy demeanor.
Making appointments on dental software.
Confirming appointments.
Verifying insurance.
Collecting payments.
Sending claims.
Provide ongoing feedback.
