Dental Assistant - Allison Jarrett, DDS, PLLC - Charleston, WV

Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments- Take and develop dental x-rays- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow- Assist with dental lab tasks, including pouring and trimming models
Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred, but not required- Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for creating dental restorations is a plus- Familiarity with medical coding and Epic electronic health records system is beneficial- Proficiency in medical documentation and recordkeeping- Experience working with pediatric patients is desirable- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality dental care to our patients.
