Job Description
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our welcoming and professional team! If you are warm, friendly, loving, and excel at communication, you might be the perfect fit for our practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
Handle phone calls and inquiries with excellent communication skills
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Manage patient records and data entry with accuracy
Coordinate internal and external marketing efforts
Perform administrative duties as assigned
Foster a caring and professional environment for patients and team members

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (required)
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (required)
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A friendly, professional, and compassionate personality
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
A willingness to learn and grow within our team

Schedule:

Selected days on Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of experience with computer systems and software
Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
