Job Summary We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team! As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting patients who come in the door, checking them in. You will also answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain excellent dental and correspondence records, as appropriate. The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and works well independently and within a team. Responsibilities

Greet patients who walk through the door
Ascertain their needs and get them checked in
Update patient history
Update dental insurance information
Answer the phone and schedule appointments or answer patient questions
Maintain comprehensive dental records, as needed
Qualifications

Strong customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Familiarity with the dental program Dentrix would be helpful
Previous office experience desired
