Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting oral health. This role requires a compassionate individual who is committed to patient education and preventive care.
Hours:
M&W: 7:30 to 5:00
Tu&Th: 9:30 to 7:00
WE WOULD ACCEPT PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME FOR THIS POSITION. We can also be flexible with hours.
Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments.
Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review and oral examinations.
Provide education to patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Maintain a clean and aseptic environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Review medical imaging and documentation to ensure accurate patient records.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Experience

Proficiency in dental terminology, medical coding, and documentation review is preferred.
Experience in dental assisting is a plus, enhancing the ability to support the clinical team effectively.
Familiarity with aseptic techniques and patient assessment processes is essential.
Previous experience in a dental clinic setting will be advantageous for successful integration into our practice.
