Private dental office in La Quinta in search of a scheduling/benefits coordinator for a one doctor practice. Must have prior dental experience; knowledge and understanding of dental codes/procedures, insurance verification, and treatment planning. Computer and dental software experience a must. No HMO's, no weekends; Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-12pm. Duties:
Insurance Eligibility Verification & updates
Data Entry
Manage appointments (maintain a full productive schedule)
Answer and reply to phone calls, texts, and emails
Prepare & Present Tx Plans/Estimates to patients as needed
Collect and document patient co-pays
Manage Recall system
All other Dental Receptionist/Front office duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
