Job Summary:
Are you a friendly, personable, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for connecting with patients? Pure Dental Spa is looking for a dynamic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our stellar team. This full-time
front office position offers the opportunity to grow with a supportive, tight-knit team that values

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist patients with scheduling, treatment coordination, and follow-up care.
Manage patient records and ensure accurate treatment documentation.
Collaborate with dental professionals to create an exceptional patient experience.
Help patients understand their treatment plans and financial options, providing clear andcompassionate guidance.
Maintain a smooth daily operation.
Assist in maintaining patient retention and satisfaction by creating a welcoming and positive experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Need:

Experience in dental front office operations or treatment coordination is preferred.
Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, etc.) is preferred.
Bilingual skills (a plus).
