Associate Dentist - Morton Dental Group - Nashville, TN

Morton Dental Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing Dental Group dedicated to providing exceptional oral healthcare services to the communities we service. With a focus on innovative technologies and patient centered care, we strive to provide a first class and comfortable experience to our patients. We are looking to hire an outgoing and passionate Dentist to join the team! This position is perfect for Dentists looking to continue to grow their skillset with our mentorship program and flourish with other like minded Dentists who are part of Morton Dental Group. Compensation is 30% of adjusted production with a $600 daily minimum for the first three months. Mentorship in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry and case acceptance/treatment planning is available for dentists wanting to expand their skillset. All applicants including new graduates are welcome to apply. We do prefer two years of work experience.
A little more about our group? All of our offices are individual private practices with an upscale and modern design. They each house the latest technology and supplies including CBCT, laser, intraoral cameras, and 3D scanners. Each office team has a variety of support in experienced dental assistants, hygienists, and office managers! We pride ourselves on the high standard we deliver for patients and the fun culture in our office. As a group we focus on expanding our knowledge and services and include exciting CE opportunities throughout the year.
Requirements -
Active TN dental License, DDS or DMD degree from an Accredited school
Proficient in providing a wide array of dental treatment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
