Position: Front Desk Dental Administrative Assistant
Compensation: To be discussed and based on experience
2 Years of Front office experience with patient coordination, scheduling and checkout experience a plus but not required. Willing to train the right individual.
Our office is seeking applications for a Reliable, Vibrant and Motivated Front Desk assistant to work in a small private dental practice with the following attributes.
-Proficiency with dental terminology or willing to learn and be trained
-Familiar with CDT codes and treatment planning a plus
-Familiar with Billing and Pre-authorizing Ohio Medicaid and Buckeye Insurance
-Able to communicate effectively with patients
-Ability to Schedule Efficiently
-Have a motivation for patient care
-Adaptable to dental software and not afraid to use a computer.
-Flexibility between locations, ok to work in Celina or St. Marys, Ohio
Job Type: Part to Full time and willing to work at multiple locations a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
