At Smoky Mountain Pediatric Dentistry, weâre dedicated to providing top-notch dental care while making every visit a positive and stress-free experience for our little patients. Weâre looking for a skilled and energetic RDA to join our team and help us create healthy smiles every day!
What Youâll Do:
Work primarily in our hygiene area, performing cleanings, taking X-rays, and assisting the dentist during exams
Assist with dental procedures while keeping our young patients comfortable and at ease
Educate and engage kids and parents on proper oral hygiene in a fun and encouraging way
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment
Keep accurate records and assist with charting patient care
What Weâre Looking For:
Active TN Dental Assistant license with radiology and coronal polishing certifications
Previous experience in a dental office (pediatric experience is a plus!)
A positive, friendly, and patient-centered attitude
A love for working with kids and helping them feel comfortable at the dentist

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 â 38 per week
