As the first point of contact for our office, the YOU plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.Must have at least 1 year of dental experience.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
Coordinate patient flow and manage the scheduling system to optimize efficiency
Help patients financing options
Present treatments plans
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Oversee front desk operations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
