Skills and Qualifications:
Front desk experience as a treatment coordinator (2 years preferred)
Experience with a multi-phone line system and general tasks
Excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
Strong Knowledge of insurance verification, treatment planning and billing procedures
Coordinate scheduling appointments
Provide excellent customer service to patients
Requirements:
