Dental Treatment Coordinator - Pleasant Dental - Euless, TX

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join in our General Dental office. We have very good systems in place and are always there to help you even if you need a small help.
Responsibilities

Answer phone calls
Providing information and answering questions about treatments, procedures, and payment options
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Help patients for CareCredit/Cherry/HFD/Sunbit for financing
Write narratives and send claims to insurance companies (Nice to have)
Outstanding Treatment plan presentation skills is MANDATORY and should be able to sell/acceptance treatment CONFIDENTLY

Requirements

5+ Years in Dental as a Front Desk and Treatment Coordinator
Good attitude and commitment to work together
Open Dental experience is highly desirable. We can train you if you are excellent with other PMS software
Go-getter attitude and demonstrate leadership skills
The desire to go above and beyond for team members and patients

Working Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8 AM-5:30 PM
Saturday 8:30 AM-2 PM

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.31 - $27.00 per hour
