Our hygienists see ~8 patients a day (1 hour adult prophys, 30-40 minute child prophys, 1.5 hour new patient visits and 1.5 hour per 2 quads SCRP). Morning huddles (15 mins prior to first patient), 1 hour lunches, monthly team meetings, and multiple team events throughout the year.
We are a small family practice that offers corporate level benefits. Benefit package includes, health/vision/dental/life insurance, 401k, chiropractic care/massage therapy, paid holidays, paid vacation, student loan repayment assistance.
Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning- Take digital dental x-rays- Assess patients' oral health and provide oral hygiene instructions- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed- Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental practice management systems- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and experience requirements. Other responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the dental practice.
Our patient hours are Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday's 8am to 12pm, no weekends or late evenings. We are looking for someone either Monday-Wednesday or Monday-Wednesday plus Friday.

Pay: $45.00 - $53.00 per hour
